<p>Lie down on the floor and pull your abs down and flat on the floor. Put your hands at the back of your head, making sure that your fingers are cupped and supports your head. Bring your knees closer and at the same time, lift your shoulder off the floor. Straighten your right leg at a 45 degree angle from the ground while you turn your torso to the left side. Bring your right elbow closer to the left knee. Take note that your rib cage should move as well along with your elbows. Switch sides and repeat to make one set. Do at least ten sets of this exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Side Twist Plank</strong></p>
<p>Position your body to the side with your feet stacked on top of each other. Put your body weight on your right elbow with your fingers positioned away from the body. Position your left arm behind your head. Rotate your left rib cage toward the floor, making sure that your navel is engaged to your spine by pulling it in. Return to starting position. Repeat five times and then switch sides.</p>
<p><strong>Reverse Curl</strong></p>
